Green Grounds Create Healthy Communities
Foresight Advisory completed a detailed investigation assessing potential alternative water supplies for Euroa.
The Greening Euroa Project is an innovative community driven project that will use recycled water to irrigate public green spaces during the summer months.
The proposal is the first of its kind in Victoria. It’s climate smart, cost efficient and community inspired.
Scope of Work
- Meeting with key operational staff on site to confirm the defined water supply (location, quantity and licensing), storage sizes on site and mapping existing irrigation Infrastructure (alignments and level of automation)
- Review existing environmental and safety procedures in place to manage existing or future alternative water use risks
- Development of alternative water supply options to service key sites within Euroa
- Development of a final concept design, costing and staging plan for the preferred recycled water supply scheme for the township
