Greening the Pipeline

Greening the Pipeline is a showcase project that repurposes a historic open channel that was used to convey sewerage from Melbourne to the Western Treatment Plant.

 

This channel and the surrounding linear reserve are now being converted into a large-scale open-space greening project https://www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/services/environment-sustainability/what-wyndham-city-doing/greening-pipeline

 

Damien has been involved in the planning, design and construction management of the Arndell Park Stormwater Harvesting scheme which is a critical stage of the Greening the Pipeline project, providing over 20ML/year of harvested and treated stormwater supporting the greening of this extensive green corridor.
