In collaboration with Encader Consulting (now TOverman Sustainability), Damien assisted in the development of the Guide to Green-blue Infrastructure for Small Towns.

This guideline involved significant engagement with a number of Central Highlands Councils to develop Green-blue infrastructure solutions for new capital works or retrofit projects in small towns.
